Phil's passion for building started in high school and carried through college, where he earned his business degree from Cornerstone University. That passion became Muston Construction in 1994, creating award-winning custom homes in Greater Grand Rapids.

Myeeda manages our office operations and project paperwork. Along with our Selection Coordinators, she provides excellent interior design ideas for customers. Originally from Brazil with a Bachelor's degree in Communications, she's been with Muston Construction since 1994.
Her three decades of experience means you'll stay informed with detailed reports and have someone available for questions. Myeeda ensures every customer feels comfortable and receives the attention they deserve throughout their project.
Wendy joined us in 2012, transitioning from client to employee as our Interior Design Assistant. Her keen eye for style has become integral to the Muston experience. Today she coordinates the entire selection process while working with Myeeda and Heather on paperwork. Wendy's creative direction and warm personality will help you make selections that reflect your best style.
Rick manages project coordination, ensuring completion on time, within budget and scope. As a master carpenter, he designs and builds all our custom cabinetry and trim. His natural leadership skills help him oversee our carpenters and subcontractors to deliver your project seamlessly.
Heather keeps our office running smoothly behind the scenes. She handles organization, billing, payroll, and maintains all employee, subcontractor, and customer files for reporting. With a great eye for design, she also steps in to help with the selection process when needed.
